Ingredients
- 1 Small Red Cabbage -- shredded
- 1 Small Green Cabbage -- shredded
- 2 Small Bell Pepper -- of varied colors
- 1 Bunch Scallions -- chopped
- 1 Large Jalapeno -- chopped
- 1 Small Red Onion -- chopped
- 1/2 Bunch Cilantro -- chopped
- 1 Medium Carrot -- shredded
- 2/3 Cup Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Sesame Oil
- 1/3 Cup Ginger -- grated
- 4 Cloves Garlic -- minced
- 1/4 Cup Fish Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Lime Juice
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
Directions
Combine all vegetables, toss. Whisk all dressing ingredients together. Add dressing to salad 1 hour before serving.
